Q: What are your store hours?

A: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm, Sunday 11am-5pm

 

Q: Do you offer dog training or puppy classes?

A: We do! We have all of the information available here. You can apply for the classes on each of their pages. If you still need more information, the email addresses for our trainers are there as well. 

 

Q: Do you offer grooming? 

A: We don't have a groomer on staff. However, we do have a dog wash station you can book to do your own grooming! The rental fee is $9.00/half hour and includes the use of all of our grooming supplies, including hair clippers (upon request). All you need to bring is you and your dog - we take care of the rest! We do also have a list of local groomers available if you are not keen to try it yourself. 

 

Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: We do! We offer delivery within Centre Wellington on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is a minimum purchase of $50.00 before tax to avoid delivery fee. We do ask that you place your order at least the day prior to delivery. 

 

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: You have 60 days to return unopened, unused product with the original receipt and packaging. Unfortunately we cannot return chewed product. 

Many of our dog and cat foods carry a satisfaction guarantee! If your dog or cat won't eat the food or experiences issues within the first few feedings, bring it back with the original packaging and receipt and you get a refund.  *Please contact us for more information regarding satisfaction guarantees.

 

Q: Do you do nail trims?

A: Not at this time. Please check back regularly as we are actively looking to add a nail trimmer! 

 

Q: Do you ship?

A: We are working on arranging shipping options. Please reach out to us before making a purchase to see if we can ship to you. We appreicate your patience while we work this out!
